We have years of experience on the litigation side and have worked on more than 30 major cases, often involving some of the largest institutions. Our main areas include:

• DC pension plan evaluation: we have been involved in numerous cases involving fiduciary oversight in defined contribution pension plans. We testify about the principles of prudent investment management.

• Performance measurement and evaluation: we analyze and evaluate investment processes in various asset classes determining whether the realized return sources were consistent with an investment option’s mandate and whether returns were in line with expectations.

• Economic damages estimation: we estimate alleged damages, which could depend on a fiduciary having made imprudent investment option selections vs. defensible alternatives. Damages may also depend on the amount by which a company's stock price was allegedly inflated and the number of shares that were bought at fraudulently inflated prices.

• Investor loss analysis: we offer expert opinions on investor disputes such as disputes against brokers or companies issuing stock. We determine whether allegedly omitted or misrepresented information was truly important with the use of event studies or through reference to academic literature.
